ISF Surfing Championships
The International Surf Festival Surfing Championships will be held on the south side of the Manhattan Beach Pier. This venue is one of the premier surfing locations in the South Bay.
This surf contest is one of the original events of the International Surf Festival when the event began in 1962. This year marks the 51st annual contest.
The 2012 ISF Surfing Championships will include short boards, long boards and women's divisions. It is recommended that surfers register in advance. Beach entries will only be allowed if there still is space available in the division.
Awards will be given to the top 3 place finishers in each division. All participants who preregister before the August 28th deadline will be guaranteed an ISF t-shirt as part of their entry fee.
